What this site is
This is an independent online publication. Our beat is narrow on purpose: car crashes, auto insurance, traffic statutes, and safety recalls that affect people in the United States.
Stories cite primary sources whenever they exist — state statutes, department of insurance bulletins, NHTSA recall filings, and published court opinions. When we explain what a rule means for a driver, we label that as context, not legal advice.
What this site is not
- Not a law firm and not a lawyer-referral service.
- Not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state.
- Not a marketplace selling accident leads on these pages.
- Not “attorney-reviewed” unless a named, licensed reviewer is identified on that article.
Who writes
Articles are published under Law Accidents Newsroom. We do not invent attorney bylines. If we later add a named reporter or a licensed legal reviewer, that person’s real name, role, and (for reviewers) jurisdiction will appear on the story.
How we handle lawyer requests
We do not match readers with attorneys from this site today. If you need a lawyer, use the official lawyer directory published by your state bar. Those directories check license status; we cannot.
